Lasse Gjertsen can't play drums or piano, but he's a virtuoso editor. The result is awesome. I just wonder how many cuts he had to make to put this all together.

ReplyDeleteIt's absolutely fantastic. But no matter how good a video editor he is, I find it really hard to believe that he has no experience behind a piano or drum set. To do what he did, you need a proficient understanding of rhythm, syncopation, and popular song structure. And I don't think you get that from never having played an instrument, even if that instrument is voice. But wherever he picked up those skills, it's really great to watch this.
